Fit by Wix:
How to guide
1. Download Fit by Wix app
> Go to your app store and search for 'Fit by Wix'
> Click on 'Get', or it may say 'Update' or have a cloud icon if you have downloaded it previously
2. Enter Fit by Wix app
> Once it has downloaded, click on 'Open'
> The following screen will appear
> Click on 'Got an invite code?' at the bottom
3. Enter our unique code
> Type in the code you received from a staff member after you signed up and click on 'Join'
> Another screen with more information about Rich Life will appear, click 'Join' again
4. Choose how you sign up
> Choose how you would like to sign up: Google, Apple (or android), FaceBook etc
> or Sign up with Email
7. Select day and time
> Once you have clicked on the class you want to book, select the date and time
* a small dot will appear under the day that the next class is available, you are then able to select the time you want
10. Changes & Cancellations
> In this screen you can edit your profile, check, change and cancel bookings and check your orders
> Click on 'Bookings' to see your classes

6. Book classes
> Once signed in, you will see this screen
> Familiarize yourself with this and be sure to regularly check out the announcements
> Click on 'Services' tab to book classes
> Scroll through classes until you find what you would like to book​
8. Payment options
> If you are a member, all classes are included. If you are still seeing a payment option, select 'Pay in person' and notify a staff member when you arrive. They are then able to add your membership plan to your account
> Non-members have the options to buy a plan, pay now or pay in person
9. Changes & cancellations
> If you need to check your booked classes or cancel a class, you can find your bookings in your profile icon at the top-left of the screen
> A small pop up will appear, click on your username (usually your email)
11. Changes & Cancellations
> Click on the three dots next to the class you need to cancel
> Select 'Cancel Booking'
> A window to confirm cancellation will pop up, select 'Cancel' to confirm
12. IMPORTANT!!
> It is recommended that you check the app to ensure your class is still running
> You will receive a notification if your class has been cancelled. If you are not receiving notifications from Wix, you will need to physically check the Bell icon at the top-right of the screen
> Classes are cancelled if there are less than 3 people booked
