Studio Hire: External Operator Service Agreement

1) The cost associated with the hire of the studio is as follows:
• Vitality Studio 1, $80/per hour (weekend rate is $90/per hour)
• Serenity Studio 3, $60/per hour (weekend rate is $70/per hour)

2) The hire fee must be paid to Rich Life Health & Fitness within 48 hours of the confirmed
booking.

3) The date and time will be agreed between the studio and the hiree and will be confirmed
by email.

4) Public liability insurance is the responsibility of the contractor/hiree and must be
organised prior to hire.

5) The hiree must indemnify and release Rich Life Health & Fitness from all liability, costs,
expenses and claims (including claims by third parties) inclusive of property damage
and personal injury during the hire and use of the venue.

6) Rich Life Health & Fitness can cancel the booking at any time in cases of unforeseen
circumstances and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. The hiree
must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if the booking is to be cancelled. If cancelled
within 48 hours prior to the booking, only 50 per cent of the hire fee will be refunded.

7) The hiree must ensure that:
• The premises and studio are left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire
period.
• All equipment is returned to its place and equipment belonging to the hiree is
removed.
• Toilets are left in a reasonable state and tidied of excessive rubbish.
• Air conditioning units and lights are turned off.
• All doors are locked and secure upon departure.

8) By receiving this document and proceeding with your studio hire booking, you accept
the above terms and conditions.
